Students appreciate the speed of Gigabit fiber internet and select in-home laundry for efficient living, alongside a clubhouse and study room that support your academic success. With private patios for relaxation and partially furnished options, our community ensures a hassle-free, student-centric lifestyle that keeps you barely off campus and near exclusive local perks.

PET POLICY

Our community offers a welcoming living environment for everyone, featuring pet-friendly apartments for those with furry family members. We are proud to be a dog-friendly and cat-friendly destination, though we cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, or Chows, including mixed breeds of these lineages.

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome (up to 2 per home)

  • Breed Restrictions Apply

  • One-Time $350 Fee (covers up to 2 pets)

  • $35 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet

  • Dog Weight Limit: 100 lbs.
